Margot grew up on a homestead in the midwest with sheep, ducks and chickens. She has worked on all sorts of rural and urban farms and homesteads over the years and holds a degree in Sustainable Food and Farming from UMass Amherst. Her interests within regenerative farming relate to animal husbandry, especially ruminants like cows, sheep and goats. She is particularly passionate about goats and the many yields they can provide, from dairy to landscaping and fiber.
