In addition to the fee-based classes offered by Tarweed Folk School (in yellow), Highland Woodshop, and other partner organizations (in red), the community led opportunities on this calendar (in green) consist of public skill-shares, private work parties, community projects, etc. -- most of them free or by donation, and in the tradition of folk/gift economies and cultures, such as those that nourished, trained, and sustained all our ancestors.
