YOGHURT, GRANOLA, AND THE JOY OF COOPERATION
WITH ALBERT KONG
Saturday, February 28th, 2026
1:00 - 4:00pm
Do you start each day with a bowl of yogurt and granola? This class will help bring this staple meal closer to home. Moreover, like many staples, this is a great dish to scale up and make with and for your community. At the end of the class, participants can organize a co-operative yogurt production group, further increasing community self-reliance, reusable packaging, and local, non-commercial production.
