TIN CAN LUMINARIES
WITH ANNALIESE AND ZEKE WATSON
Thursday, December 11th, 2025
5:30 - 8:30 pm
Prepare to celebrate Solstice and all our winter holidays by making a light to shine on that longest night of the year, and throughout the darkest season. In this class, we'll share stories of luminaries in different times and places, and make our own Pacific Northwest version out of tin/aluminum cans. Students will have the chance to design their own luminary dotted patterns, or choose from some templates made by the teachers. Cans will be provided, but students will go home with a few tools to make more luminaries on their own. Embrace the sounds of happy hammers and cozy conversation during this holiday offering.
