Learn to make a classic el Salvadoran plate, pupusas with curtido and salsa tomate!


Age Requirement: for adults and youth 15-17. Youth must be accompanied by a parent of guardian also registered for the class.​

Class Details

Students bring: 2-3 large mixing bowls, chopping knife, cutting board, and several large, sealable containers to bring home salsa, curtido, and pupusas.
