HERBS TO HELP BUILD AND BOOST IMMUNITY

Build resilience in the winter months in this evening class that will help you build and stimulate immunity when a challenge arises. We will discuss the importance of diet, lifestyle, and herbal choices in this endeavor. We will also mix up a tea to support immunity that students can take home with them.
Class Details
Age Requirement: adults and interested youth 13-17 if their parent or guardian is also registered.
Location: Wade Hardware
Students bring: there will be handouts but a pen and notebook would be helpful.
Tuition: $40
Materials fee: $5
