CULTIVATING PLANTS TO HELP RELIEVE STRESS AND ANXIETY
WITH JACI GUERENA
Saturday, July 19th, 2025
1 - 4 pm (3 hours)
We will look at, identify, and learn cultivation of some of the many herbal allies that live in the Willamette Valley. Many of these plants are growing in the school garden and samples of others will be brought in to pass around. We will particularly focus on growing, harvesting, and utilizing herbs that help relieve stress and anxiety. We will also discuss how we can be respectful to these plants who help us and support their ability to thrive.
Students interested in this class might also consider registering for Jaci's related class, Herbal Allies for Stress and Anxiety, to learn more about both cultivating and preparing these herbal allies.
